Janitorial Services offered (but not limited to): Basic Cleaning: ¨ Empty trash receptacles; wipe down and sanitize as needed ¨ Dust the cleared areas only, of desks, tops of file cabinets, equipment, shelves, chairs, partitions, and pictures. ¨ Sanitize all tables, counter tops, and light switch covers ¨ Sweep and mop uncarpeted floor areas ¨ Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, refill paper products and soap dispensers, and cleanse all dispensers ¨ Detail entrance area (Clean glass, hardware, door, sweep outside) ¨ Keep janitor closets orderly and stocked ¨ Kitchenettes (face of microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator; sink) ¨ Cleaning, sanitizing and/or dusting; lights, vents, baseboards, phones, keyboards, light fixtures, mini blinds, and window sills (polish furniture as needed). ¨ Kitchenettes (Clean inside and out of microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot; dishes) NO LONG TERM Commitment required!
